Will there be opportunities to network with my peers?
Absolutely! McKesson Accelerate is designed to foster connections among attendees. There are dedicated networking receptions, meals, and numerous breakout sessions where you can engage with fellow peers, industry leaders, and experts.
Will there be exhibitors and sponsors at McKesson Accelerate?
Yes, there will be a vibrant exhibit hall where you can explore the latest innovations and solutions from various exhibitors and sponsors. The exhibit hall is open on multiple days, providing ample opportunities for engagement and discovery.
Will McKesson Accelerate offer Continuing Education (CE) courses?
Absolutely. Continuing Education credits will be offered at a cost by CE Impact and are not sponsored or endorsed by McKesson. You will be able to earn up to ten (10) CE hours during the show.
Do I need to pre-register for CE courses?
Pre-registration is not required for Continuing Education (CE) courses.

Is there a cost to attend McKesson Accelerate?
We are delighted to offer admission to McKesson Accelerate at no charge to you. McKesson will cover the cost of show attendance, roundtrip travel and lodging at Wynn Las Vegas from Nov. 3-5, 2025.
When can I register for McKesson Accelerate?
Registration will open in mid-April.
Travel & Accommodations
How will you book my travel?
Flights: Please use the McKesson Group Travel flight request form during the registration process.
Hotel: Please use the link provided in your event registration confirmation email. You should receive this shortly after completing registration.
Can I book my own travel?
McKesson will pay for the cost of your flight and hotel room ONLY if you book using McKesson Group Travel for your flight (during the registration process) and the link provided in your hotel confirmation email. Anything booked outside of those options will not be reimbursed.
Can I use my preferred airline and get miles for the flight?
We will do everything we can to accommodate your airline preference. There will be a field in the registration form to enter your preferred airline loyalty program number. However, we are not able to guarantee your airline preference.
Can I upgrade my ticket to business class?
Once your flight is booked and sent to you, we encourage you to work directly with the airline to upgrade your ticket. You will be responsible for the cost of the upgrade, seat change, or any other changes.
What if I want to bring my wife and/or kids with me?
Family is important, so we completely understand wanting to bring them. However, McKesson’s travel policy does not allow us to cover expenses related to spouses, children , or other guests. These expenses will not be reimbursed.
Will McKesson pay for baggage or seat fees?
Baggage fees are NOT reimbursable and will not be paid for by McKesson. The following items are also not reimbursable: flights or hotel booked on your own; flight upgrades; seat fees; travel meals; ground transportation; club passes; mileage to and from home and airport.
Can I drive to McKesson Accelerate?
Yes, you may drive. However, McKesson will cap the total mileage reimbursement at $350. To select this option, simply decline the flight during registration.
Can I stay after the event for a vacation in Las Vegas?
You may absolutely extend your stay in Las Vegas. Simply book the extension in the booking tool provided in your confirmation email. The available rate will be posted during the booking process and may fluctuate depending on availability. Additional room nights outside of McKesson Accelerate’s dates will be at your own cost and payable directly to the Wynn Las Vegas.
Will McKesson cover the cost of my parking at the airport or my rideshare to the airport?
No, you are responsible for the cost of airport parking or rideshares to the airport.
Will McKesson cover my cost for travel from the airport to the Wynn Las Vegas to and from the event?
No, you are responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the airport and the Wynn Las Vegas.
What’s the best way to get to the Wynn Las Vegas from the airport?
If you’re flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), there are multiple options to choose from, including rideshare services, taxi services and rental cars.
Will McKesson cover the cost of my meals at the airport or on the flight?
You are responsible for the cost of your meals at the airport and on flights.
Who do I contact if I have issues during my travel (i.e., missed flight, delayed flight, etc.)?
Please contact McKesson Group Travel (1-866-790-1102) if you have any issues. during your travel.
